Individual Adult Therapy

Many people are affected by various types of mental health concerns and could benefit from counseling, therapy, and behavioral modification techniques.  We provide support and guidance to individuals by motivating change and collaboratively developing effective strategies for handling problems. Throughout this process, clients are active in setting and achieving their goals.

Some of the most common problems presented by our clients are:

  • Depression
  • Nervousness or anxiety
  • Interpersonal and communication problems
  • Coping with life stresses caused by medical problems
  • Exposure to other types of traumatic events such as death of a loved one, car accidents, or violence within the community
